LPC Clinical Supervision and Consultation for Counselors in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Georgia
Clinical supervision is an opportunity to strengthen your clinical skills, develop your professional identity, and grow in confidence as a counselor. Whether you are working toward licensure, completing graduate training, or seeking advanced clinical consultation, supervision provides a dedicated space for reflection, learning, and professional development.
I recognize that many clinicians receive supervision within their workplace while also seeking counseling-specific supervision to meet licensure requirements or support their growth as counselors. My goal is to provide a collaborative and supportive supervision experience that helps clinicians develop competence, confidence, and ethical decision-making skills while delivering quality care to the clients they serve.
🔹Who I Work With
My supervision services are designed for counselors who are already engaged in clinical work through employment, graduate training, private practice, or another approved setting.
This may include:
-
Pre-licensed counselors pursuing licensure in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Georgia
-
Master's-level counseling students who are already working in clinical settings
-
Doctoral counseling students seeking additional supervision and professional development
-
Clinicians working in community mental health, higher education, integrated care, telehealth, or private practice settings
-
Counselors whose workplace supervisor holds a different professional license (such as an LCSW, LMFT, or psychologist) and who need supervision from a Licensed Professional Counselor
-
Licensed clinicians seeking consultation, case review, or continued professional growth
Please note that I do not provide internship placements, employment opportunities, or client referrals. Supervisees are expected to obtain their own clinical experience through an employer, training site, private practice, internship, or other approved setting.
🔹My Background
I hold a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of the Cumberlands, a Master's degree in Higher Education Counseling/Student Affairs, and post-master's training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from West Chester University.

🔹Examples of How Supervision Can Fit
Agency-Based Counselor
You work in a community mental health agency and receive workplace supervision from a social worker, psychologist, LMFT, or other licensed professional. You seek counseling-specific supervision from an LPC to support your professional development and licensure goals.
Solo Private Practice Clinician
You are building clinical hours in a solo private practice setting and want guidance regarding case conceptualization, documentation, treatment planning, and ethical decision-making.
Graduate Counseling Student
You are enrolled in a master's or doctoral counseling program and already providing counseling services through your employment or training setting. You want additional support in developing your counseling skills and professional identity.
Licensed Professional Seeking Consultation
You are independently licensed or nearing licensure and want consultation regarding complex cases, professional transitions, clinical growth, or specialized areas of practice.
🔹 What You Can Expect
My goal is to create a supervision experience that is supportive, engaging, and growth-oriented. Supervisees can expect constructive feedback, thoughtful clinical consultation, attention to ethical practice, and encouragement to develop an authentic counseling style that aligns with their values and strengths.
Supervision is not simply about accumulating hours. It is an opportunity to deepen clinical thinking, strengthen professional identity, and build the confidence needed to provide effective and ethical care.
