Human. Therapist. Poet. Entrepreneur.

At the heart of everything I do is one purpose: to help people reconnect—with themselves, their stories, and their sense of wholeness.

I’m a clinical mental health counselor licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Georgia, offering online therapy for individuals who lead, support, and carry much of the world on their shoulders. For over a decade, I’ve worked with high-achieving professionals, creatives, and changemakers who are ready to step out of survival mode and into deeper alignment with their values and purpose.

My approach is direct, grounded, and human. I don’t hide behind jargon or empty nods—I believe in honest connection, accountability, and real transformation. This work is about clarity, self-trust, and building a life that feels like your own.

But my commitment to wellness extends beyond the therapy room.

Through my LLC, I’ve built a platform for mental, emotional, and creative well-being—a space that integrates counseling, reflection, and art as pathways to healing. My poetry and creative works explore themes of identity, self-esteem, and resilience in the face of oppression—offering both personal narrative and collective reflection.

Whether through therapy, words, or wellness resources, my mission is the same: to hold space for authenticity, growth, and liberation.

If you’re ready to reconnect—with yourself, your story, and your power—I’d love to walk alongside you.
