Human. Clinician. Educator. Author.

At the core of my work is a simple focus: helping people reconnect with clarity, direction, and a stronger sense of self—without long-term, open-ended therapy.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Georgia, with over a decade of experience across private practice, higher education, healthcare, and community-based settings. My work now centers on providing brief, goal-oriented therapy for individuals navigating stress (acute and complex), burnout, anxiety, relational problems, and periods of transition.

I primarily work with professionals and high-functioning individuals who are used to managing a lot—but need focused support to reset, make decisions, and move forward. Sessions are structured, practical, and designed to create meaningful progress within a limited number of sessions.

My clinical approach is integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, narrative, client-centered, and humanistic frameworks. I focus on helping clients quickly identify what’s not working, develop effective strategies, and regain a sense of control and direction.

This is not open-ended, long-term therapy. Many clients will work with me through Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sessions or for a short-term period of focused care.

I am not a psychologist and do not provide psychological testing. Services are limited to brief therapy and clinical assessment.

Beyond clinical work, I remain engaged in education, writing, and leadership development, with a broader focus on wellness, identity, and sustainable professional growth.

If you’re looking for direct, focused support to help you get back on track, I invite you to connect.

  • Good fit: short-term, EAP, focused goals

  • Not a fit: long-term weekly therapy, intensive trauma processing, testing
